1. The service

Adluma (operated by BDKM LLC) is an AI marketing agent: it drafts marketing content, generates AI-creator video ads, publishes to social channels you connect, and tracks performance. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your content & approvals

You own the content Adluma generates for you, including your video ads. Use them anywhere.
Nothing is published to your channels without your approval, or an autopilot setting you explicitly enabled and can disable at any time.
You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims about your product in content you approve.

3. AI-generated creators

Video ads feature synthetic AI creators, not real people. Adluma labels this content as AI-generated in line with FTC guidance and platform policies. You agree not to remove these disclosures or use the creators to impersonate real individuals.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Adluma to promote anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful; to spam; to infringe others' IP; or to generate content that platforms prohibit. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Plans, quotas & billing

Paid plans include a monthly video-render quota and other limits shown at purchase. Failed renders are automatically refunded to your quota.
Billing is monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No games with expiring credits.

6. Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on APIs from X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Their availability, policies, and rate limits are outside our control, and your use of those platforms is governed by their terms.

7. Disclaimers

Adluma is provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific marketing outcomes — views, followers, or revenue depend on your product and market. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDKM LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
